Delivery

We partner with trusted couriers who share our commitment to care and timeliness, so your bak kwa always arrives fresh and in good hands.

We provide delivery to single location per order. Please make multiple orders for more than one delivery location.

We deliver from Monday to Saturday, except on public holidays. Each delivery date has limited capacity and we encourage you to place your order in advance. Our delivery timing is per office hour from 10am to 6pm. As demands surge pre-festive period, we may open up more delivery dates and time/slots per day.

At the moment, we do not provide delivery tracking.

Product Information

New Peng Hiang’s bakkwa are all hand-made in Singapore. Barbecue upon demand, we ensure that our customers receive the freshest possible bakkwa.

All New Peng Hiang’s bakkwa are without added preservatives. Our bakkwa are best consumed immediately upon purchase to experience the authentic New Peng Hiang’s taste.

After opening, store in an air-tight container. To prevent moulding, keep the bakkwa in a cool and dry environment; keep out of direct sunlight; avoid contact with water/saliva; and cross-food contamination.

In ambient or room-temperature, New Peng Hiang’s bakkwa can be kept up to 7 days;

EXCEPT Pineapple Pork Bakkwa, Golden Coin Bakkwa & Less Sugar & Salt Pork bakkwa, which can only be kept up to 3 days in ambient or room-temperature.

If you wish to extend the shelf-life, do keep them into the fridge or freezer immediately after receiving.

In refrigerator, bakkwa can be kept up to 2 weeks.

In freezer, bakkwa can be kept up to 1 month.

However, this is only a guide/estimation. Depending on the storage and handling method, and the temperature of individual’s refrigerator and freezer, the shelf-life extension may defer.

Put the bakkwa into microwave or oven/air fryer/pan-fry at 180 degree celcius for around 5-10 minutes to reheat. Do note that these methods may cause the bakkwa to be drier and more charred. If you prefer a softer texture, you may put the bakkwa into the steamer or rice cooker for 10 minutes to reheat.

Order Information

Full payment must be made for order to be placed. Upon a successful order, you will receive an auto-generated email confirmation with your order and delivery details.

Please ensure that the email address provided is valid and correct in order to receive the email confirmation.

If you do not receive the confirmation email, please check your Junk/Spam mailbox.

Alternatively, you may login to your account to check as well.

We do not accept ordering via phone or email. Please place your order via our online store.

Yes, we do accept walk-in purchase at our factory premise.

Please send your bulk order requests to inquiry@www.newpenghiang.com and our friendly staff will respond to your enquiry within 2 working days. Alternatively, you may also call our office.

To avoid any misunderstanding between our staff and customers, there will be no amendment to orders after payment has been made.

Changes to delivery address and contact details must be made at least 2 working days before the date of delivery/collection. Please call our office for the changes.

Order cancellations must be made at least 2 working days before the date of delivery/collection. Last minute order cancellation will not be refunded.

Payment Information

We accept credit card payments – VISA and MASTERS, as well as PayNow to UEN 200912945W (New Peng Hiang Pte Ltd).

We have also partnered up with PACE for installment payments.

Returns & Exchange Information

Due to the sensitivity of food items, the return/exchange must be in its original condition and packaging. Any products that have been opened will not be eligible for an exchange or return.

All food items must be exchanged or returned within 24 hours upon receiving.

We do not cover the cost of exchange/return unless the wrong items have been sent.

Please note that New Peng Hiang reserves the rights to inspect all items before proceeding with an exchange or return.
